last night was crazy. (and that's an understatement.)
I texted aiko, crizelle and mon if they wanna hang at starbucks. I texted Mari as well. She was so eager that she even invited our friends from the north side. I was hours late and met up with them at recipes. (mari, piggy and a pissed bing. love ya! hehe..) then toff followed. never thought he'd be able to make it. It started as a joke and before we know it, we were all on our way to tagaytay. I had fun you guys! just what i need. an escape.

+ MUNDANE AND INCOHERENT AS IT IS, LIFE GOES ON +
FEELING: Stuffed
HEARING: Mata- Mojofly
IN THE MOOD FOR: Anything.
We surprised my mom with a mini luncheon. An advance birthday treat. Apparently, she didnt want to celebrate her birthday (my grandmother, her mother, just passed on.)as i felt terribly stuffed, i retired to my room and just as i was ready to go siesta i opened the tv and watched "the nanny" reruns. I love that show. light and hillarious. just what i needed. I do not anticipate reporting to work tommorrow. I hate mondays. the thought of doing my routine is enough to make me cringe.
+++ ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS
I hate flowers. not as much as i hate mondays but i dislike it all the same. The stench reminds me of wakes and funerals. eeeyyyyuck. my mom and I were at atc early this morning and she decided to have a new flower center piece. designer blooms does the trick. I'd fancy flowers as long as theyre fancy. hehe..

the other day, i visited this site called rotten.com and curiously clicked on the thumbnails. There were gory photos of dismembered body parts, decomposing corpses and the final taboo.. an oriental man eating a fried INFANT. oh yes. after viewing those sick pictures, i had a hard time eating. my cousin brought a platter of dimsum at my mom's surprise party and i could hardly swallow it. cant help but think of that sick oriental jerk and the other disturbing images. i therefore conclude that curiosity killed the cat. Oh there was a picture of a dead skinned cat. (also held by an oriental jerk. most probably, the main ingredient of a certain delicacy.)

I've had dreamless nights for as long as I can remember. Not that I'm complaining but Sound sleep is good. . but I f were as mundane sleeping as I am awake, oh God! give me a break.

+ 101 BOO-BOOS AND THEN SOME +
FEELING: ?!
HEARING: 5 candles- Jars of clay
IN THE MOOD FOR: a hearty breakfast.
It was a rough friday. Ive realized that i had a lot of boo-boos and it came back to hunt me. past transactions that ive had, some of which were passenger bookings that ive poorly adviced of certain restrictions. I'm really having qualms now. To stay or not to stay. oh well.
walking along dela costa, i felt really worn out. I rode a jeep and still in distraught when suddenly, i heard this.. " I dont want anybody else, when I think about you I touch myself ooohhh.." I couldnt help but sing along and smile. haha! and all of a sudden, I felt good. that friday was one of the best days of my life. the song "I touch myself" is the kittie and jonathan song. we even had plans on remaking it with a video pa. I havent heard that song for quite some time. hearing it brought back the untamed connection i have with my old life. life outside work. life with my friends. life with out irate pasengers and springing boo-boos.

today, after handling a loser on the phone, the guy retaliated.. in a matter of minutes, he sent an e-mail to the person in charge of our mileage concerns. she cracked up and handed this to me.

Happy new year nga pala. am back. the eternal pessimist is back with nothing special to write about. well, what have i been up to. Bart came home to visit and am happy to see him. I was just not in the mood to party that night and was a little grumpy. Had a pretty rough day at the office. ive been tardy everyday much to the dismay of my manager. hehe..
I just came home. bonding with Manolo at starbucks bf. typically not my idea of a saturday night but its better than sulking at home and being more depressed while watching the "wowowee tragedy" I felt really bad for those who died and got injured at the stampede.. to which I thought " nag day-off ng sabay-sabay ang mga guardian angels ng mga tao dun" I heard about it at work. sorry, this entry is random, ive actually started the post from the last activity i had for today, err tonight. as i was saying, I heard about the "wowowee tragedy" at work early in the morning. everybody was at the pantry in front of the television watching the news break. I could hardly breathe when i found out that a lot of children got killed. i felt like crying but opted not to. as i was descending down the elevator, i silently prayed for them. I hope God honored my little offering. To quote Jewel "suffering is everywhere. dont think it isnt. so are miracles. never think they arent." ¶ 3:02 AM
